The City’s fee schedule lists the current fees for licenses, permits and other City services. These fees are the ones used today, even if older ordinances or policies list different amounts.
The fee schedule is reviewed and approved by the City Council and updated when changes are needed. The most up-to-date version is available at the link below.
Some permits also include a required state surcharge. This applies to certain permits, such as building, plumbing, HVAC and refrigeration, building moving, sewer and water connections and fire suppression.
