Posted on 07/22/2020
The city of New Hope will resume in-person inspections for single-family rental, point-of-sale and business use certificate of occupancy (BUCO) permits on Monday, July 27. Inspections of multi-tenant rental locations remain suspended at this time. Virtual inspections continue for building, plumbing and mechanical inspections via Zoom, FaceTime or Google Duo platforms.

Social distancing standards will be followed and personal protective equipment worn. Property owners, or person attending the inspection on behalf of the property owner, are required to sign a disclosure confirming they are not experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms at the time of the inspection.
