Absentee (early) voting begins Friday, Sept. 23, leading up to Election Day on Nov. 8. Make sure you’re prepared!

Vote in person
In-person at your local election office
New Hope residents can absentee vote in-person at New Hope City Hall, 4401 Xylon Ave N.

  • Sept. 23 through Nov. 7: 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday
  • Saturday, Nov. 5: 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
  • Monday, Nov. 7: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Note: Direct balloting (voter may insert their ballot directly into the tabulator) begins on Tuesday, Nov. 1.

At the Hennepin County Government Center (skyway level)
All residents of Hennepin County may absentee vote in-person at the Hennepin County Government Center, 300 S 6th St. Minneapolis, MN 55487.

  • Sept. 23 through Oct. 28: 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday – Friday
  • Saturday, Oct. 29: 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
  • Oct. 31 through Nov. 4: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • Saturday, Nov. 5: 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
  • Monday, Nov. 7: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
