New Hope's eServices make it possible for website users to tap into a wide variety of information or even register for a program or obtain a permit online. The following eServices are available by clicking a link on the left:

• Calendar - an external link to a user-friendly online city calendar.
• City Code - an external link to a bookmarked and searchable version of the New Hope City Code.
• Comprehensive Plan - the 2008 update to New Hope's Comprehensive Plan in Adobe Acrobat format which serves as a guide for long-range planning in the city.
• Contacts - an extensive list of contact information for the New Hope City Council and staff, including a list arranged alphabetically by service.
• Document Center - a collection of all of the documents on the city's website including meeting agendas and minutes.
• ePermits - a secure, external link that enables contractors and homeowners to obtain many building permits online.
• Locations - location maps and directions to city facilities.
• Media Releases - current City of New Hope media releases in Adobe Acrobat format.
• Permit Applications - online Adobe Acrobat versions of permit applications.
• Publications - online Adobe Acrobat versions of city publications including In Touch, In Business, In Motion, In the Pipeline, TIPS newsletter, Annual Report and Water Quality Report.
• Rec Express - an external link that facilitates online registration for most programs offered through the New Hope Parks and Recreation Department.
