The New Hope Police Explorers, Post 915 is a career interest program for young men and women between the ages of 15 and 21. Exploring provides training and skill development related to a career in Law Enforcement and allows a close-up view of what police officers do on a daily basis.
Explorers are encouraged to ride along with an officer once a month and help with police sponsored projects such as Crime Prevention, Bike Rodeo, and Safety Camp. Meetings focus on training for the types of calls to which police officers regularly respond.
For more information or to request an application, contact Explorer advisors Kaitlyn Baker or Erick Dyer at 763-531-5170.
