2010 Utility Rates
In December 2009, the New Hope City Council approved utility rates for calendar year 2010

| Winter sewer charges are based on actual water used during December, January, February and March. Summer sewer charges are based on the previous winter's average or actual water used, whichever is lower. | ||

| Recycling | The city is required, by state and county law, to provide a recycling program for its residents. This service is a utility service and every property is assessed the fee. The rate charged is not based on how often or how much a resident uses the program. | $3.45 |
