In the recent community survey, it was also the second most frequently mentioned New Hope feature that residents liked best. Eighty-five percent of those surveyed also felt that the appearance of New Hope’s neighborhoods was either excellent or good.

The average sales price of single-family homes and condos/townhomes in New Hope increased steadily between 2000 and 2006. In 2000, the average sales price of single-family homes in New Hope was $147,812. By 2006, the average sales price increased by $85,350 to $239,318.
