The New Hope Community Farmers Market was founded in October 2009 to provide locally grown and produced foods and merchandise in a vibrant open-air market. New Hope's market will be the only Saturday farmers market in the northwest suburbs.
The New Hope Community Farmers Market will offer a wide variety of fresh fruits and vegetables, flowers, foodstuff, arts and crafts, entertainment, community groups, and more. Vendors encouraged to participate in the farmers market will include:
- Regional food growers from Minnesota and Wisconsin
- Local small business owners
- Area artisans and crafters
- Food vendors, restaurants, and coffee shops
- Churches and non-profit organizations
The New Hope Community Farmers Market has been established as a 501(c)4 non-profit organization. The volunteer board of directors consists of local residents, local food growers and producers, area business people, and city officials.
To inquire about participating in the New Hope Community Farmers Market as a vendor or if you are performer or performance group interested in providing entertaining at the market, see the group's website
