Hope Grows LogoHope Grows is a community-based organization run by a volunteer board and sponsored by the city of New Hope. 2012 was the community gardens first growing season. Funding from Active Living Hennepin County and Statewide Health Improvement Program (SHIP) helped the garden get started. The Food Group (formerly Emergency Foodshelf Network) is providing the land for the garden to Hope Grows.

The garden includes 31 individual plots available to local gardeners who want to grow fresh produce for their families. The price for a plot is $25 for the growing season. Gardeners who have participated in past years will be given first priority for plot allotment. Other available plots will be assigned on a first come, first served basis.
